We want you to love your MCoBeauty glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
